We can deliver Magento Admin Training and Ecommerce Consultancy either online (via Skype, Google Hangouts, Gotomeeting or other) or face to face 1 to 1 or as part of a group.
We welcome requests for bespoke training session, these are great for:

Fees
On-site Fees – Delivered at your offices, we just require internet access and suitable office space.
Per delegate per day £500.00
We offer discounts for multiple delegates attending the same on-site course.
On-site training is subject to travel and expenses which can be confirmed prior to booking
Classroom Fees – Delivered from our training suite in Brighton (East Sussex)
Per delegate per day £400.00
We offer discounts for multiple delegates attending the same Classroom course.
Online Fees – Delivered online via Skype / Hangout or GoToMeeting
Per hour £75.00
Booking
We require a 50% deposit of the session cost when you book, until this is made your booking is not confirmed
Balance Payments
The 50% balance will be invoiced (7 day payment) after the session has been delivered, along with any additional agreed costs (eg travel / other expenses)
Cancellation Policy
If you wishe to postpone or cancel a course, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
More than 2 weeks from session date – 50% of deposit paid
Less than 2 weeks from session date – 100% of deposit paid
Delegates attending any part of a course will be charged the full amount.
No refund can be issued where clients leave the course early
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a session, we will offer you alternative dates or a full refund on the course fee if preferred.
